We hereby give The Nigerian Exchange and the investing public notice that an emergency Board meeting of Unilever Nigeria Plc. has just been scheduled to hold on 23 March 2022 to conclude the Board discussions on the Audited Financial Statements of the company and Dividend Proposal for the year ended 31st December 2021. 

In compliance with NGX amended closed period rule, the company commenced a closed period from 1 January 2022 which will continue to be in force until 24 hours after the 2021 Audited Financial Statements has been released to the public.
