President Muhammadu Buhari in his June 12, 2021 Democracy Day speech said he remains committed to upholding Nigeria's Corporate Existence as a Nation.
He said his administration is focused on economic diversification which las led to significant investments in infrastructure, the execution of the economic sustainability plan which is focused on Agriculture, Renewable energy, Construction, MSME Development and the Non-Oil Export stimulation facility.
The President said his vision of pulling 100 million out of poverty in 10 years has been put into action through the National Social Investment Programme, where over 32.6m beneficiaries are taking part.
He reassured Nigerians that he will do all within his power to ensure that the security and welfare of the people remain the primary purpose of government.
