The Board of Vitafoam Nigeria Plc will meet on Thursday 15th December, 2022 to consider the Company’s Audited Financial Statements for the year ending 30^th September, 2022.

In line with the post-listing requirements of The Nigerian Exchange Limited, VITAFOAM NIGERIA PLC will commence a closed period for trading in the Company’s shares from 1^st October, 2022 until 24 hours after the Audited Accounts for the year ending 30^th September, 2022 is released to the public.

Consequently, no insiders of the Company and their connected persons shall deal in the shares of the company when the trading window is closed.
