Union Dicon Salt Plc wishes to notify its shareholdersthat the company filed its Audited Financial Statements (AFS) for the yearended 31 December 2016, to The Nigerian Stock Exchange on the 6th of September2017.
The delay in filing the Audited FinancialStatements (AFS) was due to finalization of the balance sheet restructuringexercise.
The Audited Financial Statements have now beenfiled to The Exchange for the information of all stakeholders.
