The Board of Directors of Transnational Corporation Plc has scheduled its 88th Board meeting to hold on Wednesday, May 18, 2022, to discuss and do among other things, ratify the Company’s Q1, 2022 Unaudited Financial Statements for the period ended March 31, 2022, earlier approved by circularisation, and filed at the Nigerian Exchange Limited through the Issuer’s Portal in order to comply with statutory filing requirements. 

We notified all the Company’s Insiders about the Closed Period which commenced on April 1, 2022 and ended twenty-four hours after the publication of the Company’s Q1 Unaudited Financial Statements, following the amendment to Chapter 17 of the Nigerian Exchange Limited’s Listing Rules.
