The meeting of the Board of Directors of SUNU Assurances Nigeria Plc (the Company) is scheduled to hold on Friday, 24^th February, 2023 to review and approve the Audited Financial Statements for the year ended 31^st December 2022.

Pursuant to Rule 17:17 of the Issuers’ Rules of the Exchange, the Company will continue with the closed period which commenced on 1st January 2023, for trading in its shares. The closed period will remain until 24 hours after the Company's Audited Financial Statements for the year ended 31^st December, 2022 have been released to the public.

Consequently, no insider of the Company and their connected persons shall deal in the securities of the Company when the trading window is closed.
