One of Nigeria’s strategic banking groups Sterling Bank Nigeria held its 54th Annual general meeting on Tuesday April 19th,2016 at the Eko Hotels & Suites, Lagos.

Coordinated by the Chairman Mr Asue Ighodalo and the MD/CEO Mr Yemi Adeola it was an opportunity to engage shareholders on the 2015 financial year performance and also give insight into the 2016 outlook.

The shareholders also approved the proposed 9k dividend payment by the management of the bank.
