A meeting of the Board of Directors of Secure Electronic Technology Plc will hold on Wednesday, 23rd March 2022 at 12.00 pm prompt (WAT) to consider and approve the Audited Financial statements for the year ended 31^st December 2021.

Pursuant to the Closed Period rule of the Exchange, the Company had commenced its closed period on Saturday, 1 January 2022 and will continue until 24 hours after the release of the Audited Financial Results.

In view of the above, no Director, person discharging managerial responsibility, employees with sensitive information, advisers and consultants of the company and their connected persons may directly or indirectly deal in the securities of the Company until 24 hours after the release of the Audited Financial Results for the year ended 31^st December 2021 through the Exchange's Issuers' Portal.
