Secure ElectronicTechnology Plc. (SET PLC) has announced the appointment of Dr. OdunlamiKola-Daisi as the Chairman, Board of Directors and Dr. (Mrs.) Nwadiutolheakanwa as Vice Chairman effective 8^th December 2021.

Qualified as a MedicalDoctor in 1989, Dr. Odunlami Kola-Daisipracticed medicine in several reputablehospitals in Nigeria including the renowned University College Hospital,Ibadan, before venturing into a career in Investment Banking beginning at FirstCity Monument Bank in 1991, where he trained as a stockbroker and obtained astockbroking license in 1992. He would go on to receive the "President of theNigerian Stock Exchange Tie" for an outstanding Stockbroker, among othernumerous recognitions of excellence.

As a banker, he rosethrough the ranks to become Executive Director in 1999. Deputy ManagingDirector in 2002 and Managing Director in 2005 all at Fountain Trust MerchantBank, and brings over three decades of robust experience in strategicleadership roles across the fields of investment banking, management, with aworking knowledge of the history and dynamics of the Lottery industry.

Dr. Kola-Daisi is aHarvard Alumnus (1999). He recently concluded a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degreeat the prestigious University of London and is currently midway through hisMaster of Laws (LLM) degree at the same University.

In keeping with adiversified and inclusive composition, the Board has appointed Dr. (Mrs.)Nwadiuto Iheakanwa as its Vice Chairman. A brilliant administrator with broadcross sector leadership and entrepreneurial experience that cuts across the PRmedia industry, Real Estate and property, Mrs. Iheakanwa has a background inBusiness Technology, strategic Business Management and People management, andbrings a unique stakeholder integration centric leadership to the Board.

Dr. Iheakanwa holds aB.Sc. (Hons) in Business Management from the University of Detroit, Michigan,USA, and an MBA, Human Resources Management from the Central MichiganUniversity, USA. She is an Alumna of the Lagos Business School AdvancedManagement Programme (AMP-18) 2006.

Dr. Iheakanwa is a member,International Volunteer Effort (South Africa). She is also an Associate member of Advertisers Practitioners Council of Nigeria (APCON) and a member, NewspaperProprietors' Association of Nigeria (NPAN).
