The Securities and Exchange Commission, Nigeria ("SEC") yesterday notified the general public via its official twitter account that it has sealed the following three (3) companies for unlicensed and alleged illegal investment activities.

The affected three (3) companies are;

1. Oxford International Group
2. Farmforte Agro Allied Solutions Limited/Agro partnerships and
3. Vektr Capital Investment

In previous posts, it will be recalled that SEC has continually seal similar companines engaging in illegal market activities which are within the purview of its regulation as the SEC is commited to its investors protection mandate and also warned that any person dealing with such Company in any capital market-related business is doing so at his/her own risk.
