We hereby notify Nigerian Exchange Limited (“NGX”) that a meeting of the Board of Directors of PZ Cussons Nigeria Plc (“the Company”) has been scheduled for Thursday 23rd June 2022 to consider the Unaudited Financial Statements for the fourth quarter ended 31 May 2022. 

In compliance with the Exchange’s Amended Rules on Closed Period, the closed period for trading in the Company’s shares commenced from 1st June 2022 and will subsist until 24 hours after the results have been released to NGX and by extension, the general public. 

Hence, no director, person discharging managerial responsibility, employees with sensitive information, advisers and consultants of the Company and their connected persons may directly or indirectly deal in the securities of the Company until the aforementioned results are released to the market.
