The Board of Directors’ Meeting of Presco Plc (the Company) is scheduled to hold on Wednesday October 26, 2022 at 9.00 am prompt as per the Company’s meeting Calendar to discuss the following:

1. Appointment of the Chairman of the Board of Directors
2. Unaudited Financial Statements for the nine months ended September 30, 2022 (2022 Q3 UFS)
3. Draft Budget Statements for the year ending December 31, 2023
4. Any other Business.

Consequently, pursuant to Rule 17.18 (a): of the closed period rule of NGX, the Company commenced its closed period on October 1, 2022, which will remain in force until 24 hours after the 2022 Q3 UFS has been filed with NGX.

Therefore, no Director, person discharging managerial responsibility, employees with sensitive information and other insiders of the Company and their connected persons shall directly or indirectly deal in the securities of the Company during the closed period.
