2. Resignation and Appointment of Directors
3. Pre-AGM briefing
4. Any other Business.

Consequently, pursuant to Rule 17.18 (a): of the closed period rule of NGX, the Company commenced its closed period on July |, 2022, which will remain in force until 24 hours after the 2022 Q2 UFS has been filed with NGX.

Therefore, no Director, person discharging managerial responsibility, employees with sensitive information and other insiders of the Company and their connected persons shall directly or indirectly deal in the securities of the Company during the closed period.
