The Okomu Oil Palm Company Plc wishes to notify the Nigerian Exchange Limited and the investing public that the Board of Directors of the Company by circularization approved the 2021 Q4 Unaudited Financial Statement for the period ended 31^st December 2021.

The approved 2021 Q4 Unaudited Financial Statement will be released to the public on 28^th January 2022.

Consequently, the closed period restricting all Directors and Insiders from dealing in the shares of the Company remain in place until twenty-four (24) hours after the release of the 2021 Audited Financial Statement to the market.
