Oando  Plc on April 20, 2022 informed the Nigerian Exchange Limited and the general public that a meeting of the Board of Directors of Oando PLC has been scheduled for April 29, 2022 at 11.00a.m. in Lagos to consider and approve the Group's Audited Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2019 ("2019 AFS"), along with other corporate actions. 

Following the approval of the 2019 AFS by the Board of the Company, the 2019 AFS will be submitted to the Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria for its approval and will thereafter be published in accordance with the Rules of The Exchange. 

Consequently, no insider of the Company and their connected persons may directly or indirectly deal in the shares of the Company until 24 hours after all outstanding financial statements of the Company have been released. 

Recall that Oando Plc informed the market of its revised Calendar for the release of its results, which the market anticipates will reflect the challenges and limitations occasioned by the regulatory action it went through. 

The extent of the impact is what the market eagerly awaits to understand; as well as the trend movements this base will provide to evaluate Oando's 2020 AFS and 2021 AFS.
