An additional 1,611,995,510 ordinary shares of 50 kobo each per share of Capital Hotels Plc (Capital Hotels or the Company) were on Friday, 5 August 2022, listed on the Daily Official List of the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX). 

The additional shares listed on NGX arose from Capital Hotels’ private placement to 22 Hospitality Limited. With this listing of the additional 1,611,995,510 ordinary shares, the total issued and fully paid up shares of Capital Hotels Plc has now increased from 1,548,780,000 to 3,160,775,510 ordinary shares of 50 kobo each.
