In compliance with the Listing Rules of Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX), a meeting of the Board of Directors of Nigerian Exchange Group Plc (NGX Group) will be held on Friday, 24 February 2023. 

The meeting will consider and approve NGX Group’s Audited Financial Statements (AFS) for the year ended 31 December 2022 amongst other matters. 

As communicated in our earlier advisory to employees, Directors and other insiders, the Closed Period commenced on 1 January 2023 and will continue until twenty-four (24) hours after the filing of the AFS with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and NGX respectively. 

Therefore, no Insider of the Company may directly or indirectly deal in the shares of NGX Group until 24 hours after the AFS for the year ended 31 December 2022 has been filed with the SEC and released to NGX and the investing public.
