With reference to thenotice of Share Reconstruction/Redenomination by NEM Insurance Plc given on the9^th of December 2021, the Company hereby informs its shareholdersand the investing public that the reconstruction/redenomination of NEMInsurance Plc's shares from a nominal share value of N0.50 to N1.00 is yet to becompleted.

To facilitate thecompletion including the re-listing of the reconstructed shares, the Companyhereby gives notice that the exercise will be extended till 29^thDecember 2021, to enable Nigerian Exchange Limited list the reconstructedshares
