The Nigerian-British Chamber of Commerce (NBCC) is set to host its first Trade Conference and Exhibition themed "Fast Tracking Productivity - Leveraging Technology" from Tuesday, March 22 through Wednesday March 23, 2022 at the Orchid & Laterna Halls, Eko Hotel & Suites, Victoria Island, Lagos between 10am and 5pm daily.

The Chamber since its existence has toed the path of advocacy, trade facilitation, networking, and training especially as it concerns promoting trade and investment between Nigeria and Britain.

This bi-annual event of the chamber is aimed at bringing together business leaders, investors, policy makers and other key stakeholders in the trade and investment ecosystem to share insights and garner more knowledge about the theme, while affording businesses the support and avenue needed to network, make connections, do deals, and realize their potentials.

The benefits of participating in this event are enormous and the NBCC is poised to ensure it serves as an efficient platform that affords member businesses the opportunity to exhibit their brands and provide services to potential investors; thereby facilitating new partnerships, fostering foreign market opportunities, and encouraging public-private partnership between NBCC members, external participants, and the government.

Likewise, the chamber will host the March edition of Meet the Governor Series tagged 'Meet the Governor of Edo State: Investment & Business Opportunities'. The event is scheduled to hold on Thursday, March 17, 2022, at the Nigerian British Chamber of Commerce, Olubunmi Owa Street, Lekki Phase 1 WAT.

This event which will be moderated by Mr. Olufemi Awoyemi, mni, Non-Executive Chairman, Proshare, will afford attendees an avenue to meet and discuss with the Executive Governor of Edo State, His Excellency, Godwin Obaseki on relevant issues and discover the business and investment opportunities available in Edo State.
