Mutual Benefits Assurance Plc wishes to inform its valued shareholders, investing public and key stakeholders that the Board of Directors of the Company will meet on Friday 28th January 2022 to consider the period ended 31 December 2021 Unaudited Financial Statements. (2021 Q4).

Further to rule of 17.18(a) Closed Period Rules, rulebook of the Exchange, 2015 (As amended), the closed period of Company which commenced on 1st January 2022 will continue until 24hours after the release to the 2021 Q4 UFS and the 2021 Audited Financial Statements for the Year ended 31 December 2021 to the public via the issuers' portal of the Nigerian Exchange Limited.
