This is to inform the Nigerian Exchange Limited, the investing public, and other stakeholders of the retirement of Mrs. Zainab Abdurrahman from the Board of Guinness Nigeria Plc (the Company) with effect from 1^st February 2022.

Mrs. Zainab Abdurrahman, who until her retirement served in the Statutory Audit Committee as well as the Finance, Audit & Risk Committee of the Board, was appointed to the Board of Guinness Nigeria Plc as a Non-Executive Director in 2012.

The Board of Guinness Nigeria would like to express its appreciation to Mr. Zainab Abdurrahman for her strong and passionate leadership, strategic focus, and commitment to the success of the Company and wish her the best in her future endeavours.
