As part of activities to commemorate the 2022 World Investor Week, the Lagos Commodities and Futures Exchange hosted a financial literacy seminar that focused on the theme "Not too young to invest: Gold for Youths". 

The event brought together students from Universities and Secondary schools. 

It featured remarks from the MD/CEO of the LCFE Mr. Akin Akeredolu Ale, Mr. Akeem Oyewale a member of the Securities and Exchange Commission Financial Literacy Technical Committee, Mrs. Olubukola Rufai, Director, Lagos Zonal Office of Securities and Exchange Commission, Mrs. Toyin Alasi MD/CEO of MoneyWise Investment Limited and Mr. Kehinde Hassan, Chief Operating Officer, GTI Capital.
