John Holt Plc (the Company) hereby notifies Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX), shareholders and the investing public that Mr. Adim Jibunoh has been appointed as one of the Board Representatives on the Statutory Audit Committee of the Company. This is replacement of Mr. Sheriff Yussuf who resigned from the Board.

Mr. Sheriff Yussuf, was an Independent Non-Executive Director on the Board of Directors of the Company and also represented the Board on the Audit Committee before his resignation.

Mr. Adim Jibunoh, the newly appointed representative on the Statutory Audit Committee is a Non-Executive Director on the Board of Directors of the Company and has a career in the financial and non-financial services sector over three (3) decades.
