The NGX All-Share Index advanced by 0.70% to close at 51222.34 basis points as against a -1.53% gain recorded previously to close at 50868.52 basis points at the end of the last trading session. In Naira terms, the NGX Market CAP records a N192.72bn gain.

The total volume traded advanced by 41.11% to close at 195.738m, valued at N7.45bn and traded in 3673 deals. FBNH was the most traded stock by volume with 41.89m units traded while BUACEMENT was also the most traded stock by value which is put at N2.9bn
Sectoral performance was broadly negative as seven (7) NGX sector index closed northward, nine (9) closed southward and two (2) closed flat. The NGX Main Board index advanced by 1.57% to top the gainer’s chart while the NGX MERIGRW index declined by 4.26% to top the losers’ chart.
