The NGX All-Share Index advanced by 0.02% to close at 52,626.42 basis points as against a -0.16% loss recorded previously to close at 52,615.51 basis points at the end of the last trading session. In Naira terms, the NGX Market CAP records a N5.94bn gain.

The total volume traded declined by -40.79% to close at N129.04m, valued at N1.82bn and traded in 3,183 deals. ZENITHBANK was the most traded stock by volume with 18.55m units traded while ZENITHBANK was also the most traded stock by value which is put at N455.7m
Sectoral performance was broadly positive as ten (10) NGX sector index closed northward, four (4) sector index closed southward and four (4) closed flat. The NGX INSURANCE index advanced by 0.36% to top the gainer’s chart while the NGX AFRIBVI index declined by 0.27% to top the losers’ chart.
