The NGX All-Share Index advanced by 0.04% to close at 54915.61 basis points as against 1.04% loss recorded previously to close at 54915.61 basis points at the end of the last trading session. In Naira terms, the NGX Market CAP records a N10.67bn gain.
YTD, the NGXASI Stands at +7.15%
The total volume traded declined by 14.34% to close at N156.97m, valued at N1.56n and traded in 2952 deals. CAPHOTEL was the most traded stock by volume with 36.43m units traded while ZENITHBANK was the most traded stock by value which is put at N232.64m.
Sectoral performance was broadly positive as nine (9) NGX sector index closed northward, four (4) sectors index closed southward and five (5) closed flat. The NGX AFRHDYI index advanced by 1.23% to top the gainer’s chart while the NGX Food and Beverages Index declined by 0.25% to top the losers’ chart.
