The Board of Honeywell Flour Mills Plc (The “Company”) will meet on Tuesday, 25th October, 2022 to consider among other things, the Company’s Unaudited Financial Statements (UFS) for the second quarter ending 30^th September, 2022 (2022 Q2 UFS).

In view of the above and pursuant to Rule 17.18 (41) Period of Closure rule of the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NG-X)’s Rule Book 2015 as Amended, the company hereby commences a closed period in trading on its shares by all insider tomorrow 1^st October, 2022 in respect of the 2022 Q2 UFS until the outcome of the meeting is published.

Hence, no director, person discharging managerial responsibility, employee with sensitive information, Insiders of the Company and their connected persons may directly or indirectly deal in the securities of the Company until 24 hours after the release of the 2022 Q2 UFS to NGX and by extension, the general public.
