In accordance with the provisions of Rule17.18 (b) Rulebook of Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX or the Exchange), Fidelity Bank Plc has commenced the audit of its financial statements for the year ending December 31, 2022. 

Upon completion of the audit, the Audited Financial Statements shall be presented to the Central Bank of Nigeria for approval and thereafter, published in compliance with the provisions of the Nigerian Exchange Limited’s Rulebook and other relevant statutes/regulations. The Bank expects to publish its audited financial statements on or before March 31, 2023. 

Premised on the foregoing, the Bank’s insiders have been informed that the trading window for dealing in its shares will remain closed to them and their Connected Persons from December 1, 2022, until 24 hours after publication of the audited financial statements for the year ending December 31, 2022.
