Fidelity Bank Plc hereby informs Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX), our shareholders and the investing public that the Board of Directors of the Bank at its meeting of March 17, 2022, approved the Audited Financial Statements for the year ended December 31, 2021 and payment of dividend, subject to the approval of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN).

The Audited Financial Statements and corporate actions shall be published on the floor of the NGX upon receipt of the approval of the Central Bank of Nigeria.

All insiders and their connected persons are reminded that the closed period for dealing in the Bank's shares will continue to be in effect until 24 hours after the Audited Financial Statements for the year ended December 31, 2021 are released on the floor of the NGX.
