Consideration of the Company's 2021 Audited Financial Statements. 

In compliance with Listing Rules of the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX), the Company hereby advised that its closed period had commenced on Saturday, 1 January 2022. No Director, employee, person discharging managerial responsibility, advisers, and consultants of the Company and their connected persons shall directly or indirectly deal in the shares of the Company from until 24 hours after the audited financial statements for the year ended 31st December 2021 is released to the public.
