Ecobank Transnational Incorporated (ETI), the parent company of the Ecobank Group, announces that the date for the payment of dividends for the year ended December 31, 2021, has been brought forward from July 6 2022 as earlier announced to June 20, 2022. 

On June 20, 2022, a dividend of 0.16 cents per share shall be paid to all shareholders whose names appear on the Register of members as at June 3, 2022. 

Dividend shall be paid electronically to all shareholders who have completed the e-dividend registration and have mandated their accounts for the payment of their dividends.
