This is to inform our esteemed Shareholders that the Schedule of Holders of Unclaimed Dividends (“the Schedule”) has been published and is available on the Company’s website at www.dangotesugar.com.ng. The publication of the Schedule on the website is in lieu of publishing the entire Schedule of Holders of Unclaimed Dividends in the newspapers to ensure that the comprehensive information is conveyed to our esteemed Shareholders in a more efficient manner. In addition, a printed copy of the Schedule will be enclosed in our 2021 Annual Report and Financial Statements to be dispatched to all Shareholders.
