Cordros Dollar Fund Opens for Subscription On Monday, November 25, 2019

Cordros Asset Managementis delighted to inform you that it has received approval from the Securitiesand Exchange Commission to open the Cordros Dollar Fund for initial publicsubscription. The Application List will be open from Monday, November 25,2019 to Friday, December 27, 2019.

The Cordros Dollar Fund was created to help itsesteemed clients diversify their portfolio with US Dollar Denominatedinvestments. One key objective of the fund is to help you achieve capitalappreciation as the fund grows and to provide competitive returns than isobtainable in an average domiciliary account.

The Initial Public Offer opens with20,000 units at $100 each which brings the initial fund sizeto $2,000,000. The minimum initial subscription is 5 units ($500) andsubsequent subscription will be in multiples of 5 units($500). The Fund Prospectus and Application Form will beavailable from Monday, November 25, 2019.
