The Management of Chellarams Plc (“the Company”); hereby notifies the general public of the delay in filing its Audited Financial Statements (“AFS”) for the year ended 31st March 2022.

On 17^th June 2022 our External Auditors communicated their inability to complete the audit of our Company in time for filling on 29th June 2022 thereby constraining our Company to miss the deadline for filing the accounts. The Company’s Management regrets the unexpected delay but expects to file the AFS on or before 31^st July 2022.
