Thiswas made public on its official website on November 4th, 2020.
TheCAC issued an invitation for comments and published the Exposure Draft as thus:
Inline with our earlier commitment to expose the Draft Regulation, pursuant toCompanies and Allied Matters Act 2020, the Regulation is now available on theCommission's website
Thisis to invite all stakeholders and members of the general public to send theircomment(s) on any aspect of the Regulation not later than Friday, 13th November2020 to the email addresses below:
