A meeting of the Board of Directors of Access Holdings Plc (‘the Company’) has been scheduled for Friday, October 28, 2022 to consider and approve the Company’s Unaudited Financial Statements for the Quarter Ending September 30, 2022.

The investing public and NGX should note that the Non-Dealing Period earlier announced on 29 June 2022 in respect of the Company’s securities shall continue until 24 hours after the release of the Company’s results to the public in line with the Listing Rules of Nigerian Exchange Limited.

Accordingly, no director, employee, persons discharging managerial responsibility, advisers of the Company and their connected persons may directly or indirectly, deal in the securities of the Company in any manner during the Closed Period.
