An additional 734,921,774 ordinary shares of 50 kobo each per share of ABC Transport Plc (ABC Transport or the Company) were on Monday, 5 September 2022, listed on the Daily Official List of the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX). 

The additional shares listed on NGX arose from ABC Transport’s Rights Issue of 1,127,236,000 ordinary shares of 50 kobo each at N0.35 per share. With this listing of the additional 734,921,774 ordinary shares, the total issued and fully paid up shares of ABC Transport has now increased from 1,657,700,001 to 2,392,621,775 ordinary shares of 50 kobo each.
